OUR MISSION:

Airdrie P.O.W.E.R. is a non-profit organization that seeks to provide women in Airdrie and District with the means to leave an abusive environment through emergency resources, education and empowerment, thus creating a safe and sustainable community.

Planned Phases of Development


1. Day Shelter OPEN as of Feb. 2021!- A safe, non-judgmental place where women can bring their kids, and make the plans and connections they need.


Future Development:
2. Emergency Shelter - A safe residential shelter that will house women and children for 21 days.

3. Second Stage Housing - A safe apartment where women and their children can live for up to a year as they transition into their new lives.
